Speak Up!

This form is used to provide an anonymous reporting system for students and parents in the school community to anonymously submit information, tips, or notification about things like safety threats, bullying, alcohol or drug use, depression, suicide or self-harm, violence, and more. Information to report may include talk of or posts about any dangerous or threatening behaviors, information regarding someone or some groups of individuals in distress, or information about negative behaviors that may harm our students, staff, and/or the school community. IF YOU SEE OR HEAR SOMETHING THAT CONCERNS YOU, MAKES YOU FEEL UNSAFE OR UNCOMFORTABLE, OR IS DANGEROUS, PLEASE SAY SOMETHING OR MAKE A REPORT. This system has been developed to help maintain everyone's safety and provide the most positive school environment possible. All reports will be submitted to Principal Macias and we are committed to keeping your identity anonymous and confidential, unless you wish to provide your information. We ask you to disclose the information that you feel the administration should know, and in order to best address each situation, please provide specific facts and details.
